Bus Accessibility: how can we help you?

We would like to encourage older passengers and customers with disabilities to travel with us. Our drivers will give you reasonable assistance if you need help to get on and off a bus or a coach however they are not able to physically lift passengers or heavy mobility equipment. Our vehicles comply with the Disability Discrimination Act which have low floor access for ease of use with wheelchairs and pushchairs.

If you have a learning disability, a physical disability or hearing/sight loss an Orange Travel Wallet can help you when you travel by bus. The Orange Travel Wallet will let bus drivers know what help you need. To apply online for an Orange Travel Wallet visit: www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/buspass
