COACH BREAK
Will be issued with Coach Break booking form or available on request.
DAYBREAK EXCURSIONS
BOOKINGS must be made in advance.
PAYMENT required at time of booking by cash or cheque. Credit card bookings are accepted by telephone.
PRICES do not include any admission charges to any venue unless otherwise stated.
CHILD FARES unless otherwise stated, the words ‘child’ and ‘children’ Wherever they appear, to persons over 4 and less than 15 years of age at the time of travel and such persons will be carried at the fares shown. A child under 4 years of age will be carried free. Reduced fares for children are available for only one child per adult. Under no circumstances will children under the age of 15 be carried unless accompanied by an adult.
SENIOR CITIZENS Unless otherwise stated any reference to ‘Senior Citizen’ wherever it appears, in this brochure, refers to all persons over 60 years of age at the time of travel and such persons will be carried at the fares shown.
COMPANY CANCELLATIONS Richmond’s Coaches reserves the right to cancel any tour or excursion with less than 20 passengers. Richmond’s Coaches guarantees to refund ALL money paid in advance for any excursion, which is cancelled by Richmond’s Coaches for whatever reason.
PASSENGER CANCELLATIONS received 14 days or more prior to travel will qualify for a refund of 75% of the fare paid OR a credit note for the full value. Notification received less than 14 days prior to travel will only qualify for a credit note to the value of 50% of the paid. If the fare paid includes any extras, such as admission or ferry crossings, any refund or credit note will apply to the coach fare portion of payment only. Under no circumstances will cancellations be accepted on the day of travel.
FEEDER SERVICES On occasions feeder services may be used in this instance it means your allocated seat number will apply when you join the main coach.
Richmond’s COACHES does not hold itself responsible for any loss, damage, delay, detention, injury or other misadventure arising from any cause whatsoever. The Company will of course make every effort to maintain its services and fares as advertised but reserves the right as it shall consider necessary to amend any part of this publication. It should be noted that the itineraries are for guidance only and may be varied at the company or driver’s discretion. Richmond’s reserves the right to refuse a booking.
N.B. DAY TRIPS TO EUROPE
- For British citizens a full 10-year passport is required. Non British Nationals are advised to contact their own Embassy, to check documents required entering Europe. Richmond’s Coaches will not be responsible for any passengers who travel with incorrect travel documents.
- In the event of delays caused by ferry or tunnel operators, due to strike action, bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances. Richmond’s Coaches will refund any ferry fares £6.00 coach fare and spend the remainder of the day at Lakeside shopping centre.
- To comply with weight restrictions we must restrict each passenger to the following amount (2 crates of beer, 6 bottles of wine and 2 bottles of spirits).
